So this will basically start jless with all nodes collapsed?

The latest release of jless includes a C command that can be used to deeply collapse nodes.

This PR is the equivalent of hitting Cl after opening jless.

I don't discount the value of having jless immediately start in a collapsed state, but I haven't considered the proper design/interface of such a feature, and I know I would likely implement it differently than in this PR, so I am going to close this.
