Question: Unable to open the Chat project on Server 2012, VS 2013

Hi, Can you tell me how can I open this project on VS 2013? I have the windows phone SDK installed.

but it still recommended to have windows 8.1 installed.. any solution?

Hello, you don't need the windows phone SDK but an up to date version of Windows 8.1 and VS 2013. Otherwise there might be problems.

Or Can you tell me any library that support XMPP with Windows Phone 8?
