climate: temperature value divider needs to be 0.1

The temperature readings being reported from a thermostatic radiator valve (MoesHY368 variety) are out by aa factor of 10. For example 22 degC is reported as 2.2 degC so that would require a value divider of 0.1 - however the field does note seem to accept decimal values.
