Problems with duplication

Hey mate, love your addon! Seriously. Just having a problem though with duplicating a mesh and a rigid body bones rig. image Say Ive animated this mushroom with an armature and rigid body bones rig, and Ive got it all perfect and setup.. and now I need another 14 of these mushrooms.. when I got to duplicate the mesh and rigid body bones rig (No fucking way Im setting up a new armature for 14 more from scratch) I get weird problems where the duplicated armature will only move 1 bone and the rest of the mesh and armature wont move (and ideally Id rather not have 14 mushrooms inhabiting the same location because that would look dumb)

What can I do to fix this? or workaround it?

Also having a problem with just moving an object in general after rigid body bones is applied. It will only move the root bone?

Hmmm, there does seem to be some bugs when duplicating the armature... let me see if I can fix it.

I don't understand, it works fine if you move the armature. The rigid bodies are not attached to the mesh, they are children of the bones, so the mesh shouldn't matter at all.
