Does not work in Chromium PDF Viewer

When using the Chromium's built-in PDF viewer, AutoScroll does not work. Tested on Chromium version 47.0.2526.80

Hm... Chrome seems to use an <embed> tag for the PDF viewer.

And unfortunately, the scrollHeight of <embed> tags is the same as the clientHeight

In addition, changing the scrollTop doesn't do anything.

Basically, what that means is, Chrome doesn't allow for autoscrolling inside the PDF viewer.

I don't think there's anything I can do about that.
