Switch to Manifest v3 for Chrome

Somebody forked it, and made it work for Manifest Version 3, but since it’s not in the Chrome store, I can’t get it to run:

Thanks for finding my fork! Turns out someone else beat me to it and made a fork in August plus published it to the store:
