Tooltips positioning

If…

The preferred position for a tooltip (position list property) is set to position-list: tm for instance AND the tooltip is almost as tall as the view port AND there's space either left or right of the trigger element… THEN the tooltip should be drawn to the place on the screen where there is the most space. This could be the left or right hand side. Instead, it draws the list always top or bottom of the trigger element even if there's space on the right or left hand side.
