Deprecate Internet Explorer

We don't support internet explorer anymore. A good way to gracefully degrade would be to detect the browser and do not serve js anymore. This used to be possible with conditional comments but according to Cornelis that doesn't work anymore. We need to do a brainstorming about alternatives, e.g. serverside.
