Publish the v4

Hello, I'm using hmr package from quite some time. Recently upgraded to angular v12. Do I still need this plugin to have hmr working? I noticed the version was bumped 4 months ago with some compatibility fixes for Angular v11 . But the version in npm was never published. Could you please publish the latest v4 version to npm, if you don't have any other plans on making more changes before publishing officially?
