Release Test Labels or Migrate Competition to New CodaLabs Server

Hi @PatrickChrist ,

My team is interested in scoring a new method on the test dataset, but it appears that the old competition site is no longer accepting submissions. Is it possible to either 1) move the competition to the new CodaLab site, or 2) release the test labels publicly for self-scoring?
