Feat: SignUp Close Modal

Describe the feature

  1. SignUp page is open with form but whenever you clicked outside the form, the modal get closed this make the page inconsistent and not user friendly- by removing this close modal code we can page the page consistent and also attractive.

  2. also the Backgroud image of Signup page is to be properly arranged.

image this is when we click outside the modal, this is not user friendly at all each time have to reload the page to get the page also background image need to be adjusted
