`Downloading multiprocess-0.70.7.tar.gz (1.4 MB)` I just wanted to add that even with `--no-cache-dir` argument, I still get stuck here even when the download finished 100%, 1,4MB of 1,4MB.

Are you keeping a list of what's tested? I will test some values this weekend. If no, I'll just report the numbers here.

+1 There should be 'revert to original offer' button also. Then after it's clicked, 'accept incoming offer' should be an option, unless changed.
