The Unique values have been updated in #9274 The doubling of values 100% sounds like a bug on GGGs end so is not something we'd implement into PoB Looks like the behaviour with it and Divine Blessing has been fixed as I specifically tested this when first implementing it and it didn't add the % cost of the aura Will also look into changing the display to be cost / s so it lines up with the game

In 3.27 the cost conversion logic was silently updated so that percentages now look at the resource pool it draws from. The Covenant now also will use a percentage of your life if used with March of the Legion. More details have been posted on the March of the Legion wiki page
