It says my Path of exile account is private.
Hello! When I try to import my build into Path of Building, it says my account is private—but it isn’t. I’ve checked and unchecked all the boxes in Path of Exile, yet it still doesn’t work. I’m not sure whether the problem lies with Path of Exile or Path of Building.
I’m on version 2.54.0, and I’m using my account name rather than my character name. I’ve also tried using the POESESSID number, but that doesn’t work either.

I get "Profile not Found" for that. I also get it for https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/StenP%E5V%E4gg-4749/characters (Windows-1252 encoding), but I can access your characters in the browser using unicode symbols directly. This implies to me the issue is on GGG's end, so I can ask them about it

That URL seems double-encoded, copying from the network log of a browser reports this: https://www.pathofexile.com/account/view-profile/StenP%C3%A5V%C3%A4gg-4749/characters
Maybe (this case touched me...) you are using VPN or Proxy to access PoE website ? If u do - set Proxy in PoB, or make VPN work with PoB.
You might have already got it working, but putting in StenP%C3%A5V%C3%A4gg#4749 (UTF-8 Encoded) for the account name works fine in the latest PoB version.
