Describe the solution you'd like

We could have an extra tab in the Config menu to add Map Mods in the calculations, as well as mods from the exarch/eater altars. That would help a lot to have a better grasp on how impactful a combination of two or more mods could realistically have on you, or help having a grasp on the consequences of each eldritch altar mod.

There are a bunch of PRs (eg #8200 #8202 #8219 among others) open improving these opened 4 months ago, they will hopfully get merged when the poe2 hype dies down a bit
