Add special handling to support bound fate

This adds special handling to support bound fate mods (or any other similar "every X seconds" with mods that need to be handled correctly otherwise)

This is mostly so that it doesnt showup when sorting, but you can now select the boundfate mode

This can be handled a little differently, instead of the if handleRemainingModsAs then section, I could just parse all mods with that and always add the lines if they exist, it would cleanup the code a little but have more of a performance impact
