Add temple/incursion mods to the item crafter

Is your feature request related to a problem?

When creating items with the "craft Item" button, the temple/incursion mods are missing in the "add modifier" dropdown, and have to be added manually through custom modifiers or editing raw item data

Describe the solution you'd like

One solution to this issue could be to add an extra dropdown to the "add modifier" menu to house the incursion mods, like what currently exists for crafted/essence/veiled/delve mods
