Fixes the wording on the item, prevents uniques without the mod from being able to have runesmith enchants, and adds support for it having multiple/any one handed melee runesmith enchants

Note that the enchant system is badly designed due to being iteratively updated and so doesnt have a method for adding a third enchant, I am planning on reworking it at some point
