What is the value from the calculation in-game?
In game I have 16 670 life.
The strangest item I have is The Untouched Soul but I am fairly sure I have 17 empty red sockets and that's what I entered into PoB. See screenshot just in case. I also have The Apostate which is, again, weird.
What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?
PoB says 16 482.

I too have this issue, couldn't find where the life was missing though.
I do have my Apostate modified to remove it's own Energy Shield, to get rid of that incorrect value.

HPGnottan is also much more off (He's over 43k hp), but we spent like 2 hours trying to find the source. I think it might be something wrong game-side giving us slightly more HP than is expected, or I overlooked something that is missing.

As a sanity check to see if Apostate was related, I swapped to Tabula on POB and Ingame, still off by a bit, 21111 (game) vs 20,732 (pob).
Also off without all 3 more multipliers, 20,432 (game) vs 19,824 (pob). Increased looks like it checks out,
I'm missing EXACTLY 15% increased maximum life somewhere.
