Improve Skill List control

Description of the problem being solved:

• added gem counter
• prevents additional information from being clipped out (Disabled, Active, FullDPS)

Maybe also add:

• display something like 1/6 to show that 1 socket is used out of 6 for applicable slots
• make it red if it exceeds it
• maybe show a tooltip
