Manage trees doesn't work in tree compare dropdown

How is Path of Building expected to behave?

The "Manage trees" item in the tree compare dropdown should work the same as it does in the tree list dropdown.

The "Manage trees" item in the tree compare dropdown doesn't do anything.

How to reproduce the issue

1. Tick the "Compare" tickbox under the tree view
2. Click the newly appeared tree compare dropdown
3. Click the "Manage trees..." item in the list.
4. Observe that nothing is happening.
