it should change DPS when I insert Returning Projectiles Support into weapon (Soulwrest)

How does Path of Building behave?

no changes to DPS (Phantasm cast hit)

First of all, returning projectiles doesn't work with other skills either. This seems implemented in #6744. But for some reason isn't in release even now.
