What are your system specifications and configuration?

OS: Windows 11 CPU: Intel i9-13900K Memory: 32GB DDR5

How to reproduce the issue

Launch POB and the error is immediately received in included screenshot.

A complete stab in the dark here, but do you have Onedrive enabled?

The same is happening for me. I don't have Onedrive.

I did not have it enabled. However, after enabling OneDrive I was able to launch POB with out error.

Worked for a bit with onedrive enabled, but now it's crashing again.
