How to reproduce the issue

I had it equipped on my char including gems I then Ctrl+C it and pasted it as a Custom Item

It seems like there is a "custom item paste" error, when saved and loaded again, it looks normal.

You sure it isn't https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding/issues/5068? Also importing from trade also causes it so it isn't what you closed it for.
