POB crashes on startup

How to reproduce the issue
On starting the app the green startup box is displayed, but once that is complete I get the error message attached above.
I have uninstalled, deleting any remaining files in %appdata%, and also tried installing in a different location. All with the same result.

Looks like it is an issue with loading your settings file. Might be due to OneDrive. Try opening the file in your Documents/Path of Building/Settings.xml After loading open PoB and see if it works, if not then try deleting the XML file and PoB should generate a fresh one. FYI if you have any items in the shared items list, those are stored in the settings.xml file, so create a backup in case
