How is Path of Building expected to behave?

I have public profile. I go for new, import character, I enter exact name of my account like always. I also tried another profiles which are public.

How does Path of Building behave?

The message: Account profile is private.

How to reproduce the issue

Button: Import/Export Build, Type account name Press Start Button.

Same here, updated PoB to 2.39.0 and now the same issue. Account is not private, account name is correct and worked prior to update.

Press Ctrl+` to open the console when you import. Are there any messages there?

Today everything was working as normal. I think it may be a url issue with isp , as I also had an issue with cloudflare captcha with poe trade site, and today that is gone aswell. everything back to normal.

The message in the console is 'downloading the page from PoE, download complete, status: Response code: 403.' I'm guessing that this is similar to what Jordy was experiencing as I'm also having the PoE site run the Cloudflare captcha every time and I think that's screwing up PoB's ability to connect to it. Guessing it's ISP related and will work itself out once the Cloudflare goes away.
