Fixes #7232.

Description of the problem being solved:

Implements @sida-wang's formula improving handling of trigger chance application for trigger rates.

Possible issues:

  • Is the calculation correct for groups with multiple triggered skills?
  • Could be breakdown be improved?
  • Could the calculation of breakdowns be cleaned up?
