What is the value from the calculation in-game?

Ingame there is no curse effect penalty this was tested with lvl 21 conductivity in pvp.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

How to reproduce the issue

Add bane of condemnation to a curse observe a dps loss.

~~Seems to be caused by trans gems still having the normal version support as secondary effect.~~ The support effect uses the correct effect. Though it has the reduced curse effect mod:
