"while leeching" doesn't take into account totem / ancestral bond

What is the behaviour in-game?

I never leech damage, therefore passives like "Fuel the Fight", shouldn't give me a damage boost

What is the behaviour in Path of Building?

Allocating "Fuel the Fight" node gives me a damage boost, even thought "Are you Leeching?" is disabled, skill is linked to Ballista Support and i have equipped wilma helmet, wich allocates "Ancestral Bond", therefore i do not deal damage myself, and i have no mods related to % damage leeched

How to reproduce the issue

Import my PoB code and toggle "Fuel the Figh"
