Summon Reaper gets negative damage from Melee Physical Damage Support

What is the expected behaviour/value?
So i am playing a Summon Reaper build, i expect Melee Physical Damage Support to give the Reaper both the on hit and the bleed.
What is the actual behaviour/value?
but when i add the gem in POB, it looks like only the "10% Less attack Speed" gets calculated
When i take off the gem i can feel a BIG dmg change, so it must do something.
How to reproduce the issue
- Summon Reaper - Set it to lvl 20 and 20% quality
- Select the "Ultimate Slash" as an attack for the Reaper.
- Under Configuration, Check "Is the enemy moving?" and "Is the enemy Bleeding?"
- and now add Melee Physical Damage Support or the Awakened version. I gain dmg when i take the gem off, and i do believe that it is a bug in POB.

It seems the triggered parts don't have any other tags in PoB.

So i guess what your are telling me, is that there is no way to fix this ? :-P
It's not a big issue for me, cuz i know that the gem works. :-)
I can see it works as intended on all the other attacks, but the "Ultimate slash" is the only one that it does not work for.
But in your code it looks like, it is set with the same tags as all the other attacks are.

The damage with "Minion" tab on the left increases correctly with Wither stacks, but the total DPS does not.
