Settings.xml corrupts if there is an issue launching

• What happened? PoB hung while launching so I closed it. On restarting, it gave an error about being unable to parse settings.xml on line 5; without warning it then OVERWROTE settings.xml with a blank one (so now I have lost a ton of profiles that I regularly pulled builds from).
• What were you trying to do? Opening PoB to import a build
• What steps will reproduce the bug?
• Kill PoB while the green pre-launch window is open, then start PoB again.
• Does it reproduce every time?
