Aura and Banner limit

This adds support for default banner limit, perfidy extra banner, and support for supreme ego and mortal conviction but not currently lone messenger

#1394 identifies an existing issue with Lone Messenger, but I think this PR looks good as-is. It'll solve a bunch of issues around node power identifying Supreme Ego as the top node
