Fontin fonts

Item, gem, and tree node tooltips use Fontin SmallCaps now as they do in game. Flavour text is Fontin SmallCaps Italic, and Fontin Italic is used for gem descriptions. https://github.com/PathOfBuildingCommunity/PathOfBuilding-SimpleGraphic/pull/85 is required for this to work.

Timeless Jewels in passive skill tree are now animated, as well as Relic items.

Desecrated mods and every second gem mod line have a background image for readability. image image image
