What is the value from the calculation in-game?

In-game when I use inhibitor support gem with barrage skill it prevents barrage from consuming frienzy charges.

What is the value from the calculation in Path of Building?

In path of building when I use inhibitor with barrage, it calculates as if consuming frienzy charges and increases my lightning spear damage.

How to reproduce the issue

Add inhibitor to barrage skill. Check lightning spear damage. Add more frienzy charges from configurations and observe DPS of lightning spear increase with more frienzy charges.
