As a verifier, I want to understand why a QR fails

Reason code types

01 unreadable 02 QR format not supported 03 QR expired 99 other

Additional error codes to be added to each SDK.

  • 01 Unreadable
  • 02 QR format not supported
  • 03 QR format supported but incorrectly formatted (failed to uncompress)
  • 04 QR uncompressing resources not available (failed to download protocol's files/scripts to uncompress)
  • 05 Public key not available (issuer deleted it, or not connected to the web)
  • 06 Not authentic: Signature mismatch
  • 07 Credential not supported (payload is real but doesn't map to a UI card available)
  • 08 Credential is Expired
  • 09 Credential has been revoked
  • 99 Other
