The vulnerable package is currently undergoing community development to release a new version of the vulnerable package: https://github.com/jbgutierrez/path-parse/issues/8. Following the vulnerable package, react-native-svg-transformer will need to release a patched version before implementation for security best-practice. This vulnerability poses no risk to PathCheck's GAEN-Mobile as there is no direct calls to the vulnerable functions as the vulnerable library is a deep dependency of the larger package. Tuik will continue to monitor this issue.
