MQTT configuration with INDEX topic or other configurations

Hi,

domoticz now supports the possibility of outputting information via MQTT on a "per index" basis instead of all together in domoticz/out

If i change to this mode, is there a way to configure homebridge-edomoticz to use this topic configuration?
