Couple questions.

I have a question: Are GIFs/MP4s able to be used for animated map art? If not, are you able to add them? edit: I forgot to mention another thing, can there be a clientside version that changes out the open map in your hand with the image?

Nope, gifs aren't supported and not sure if I want to do so (because it's packet spam)
