Tidy {{!}} when parsing wikitext

Inside a link ([[target{{!}}text]] or [[File:Image.png{{!}}caption]]) it should be replaced with | before links are simplified. When outside a link (| Gemeinde = Page{{!}}Text), only the left-most part should be kept.
