Create "Hosting" top level section with "recommendations" or "best practices"

Currently we miss a good overview on hosting. It would be useful for customer to have a top level document on "hosting" that describes hosting options in the broadest sense:

Hosting and scaling of endpoints
Hosting and scaling of platform tools
- ServiceControl deployment models to scale-out auditing and/errors
Hosting in the cloud
Hosting on-premise
Hosting in Azure
Hosting in AWS

This could also contain "recommendations" or "best practices" and comparisons.
