Feedback: Provide clearer "real world" samples

Feedback from a user:

• We are lacking quite a bit of "real world" trimmed down examples that are building parts of a business case developers can follow. We lack examples that go beyond very specific subset of features. Those samples don't need to be system category specific.
• The ADSD courses talks about a hotel reservation system
• Another example is Modular Monolith. When you google it you find 30 samples but almost none with NServiceBus.
• A good example with Sagas seems to be missing. Many people just see sagas as long running processes and not the entire beauty of it.
• Sometimes the composition is lacking. As an example when reading documentation it sometimes looks like you look at a scattered set of pages where you learn about some topics/components but then it is very hard to extrapolate from that when to use what and how to make the right tradeoffs
