The showcase sample is not updated to V8

The showcase sample cannot easily be updated to V8 due to the changes in packages from NServiceBus.Persistence.AzureStorage to NServiceBus.Persistence.AzureTable.

The showcase project also uses the old project version and targets net48 instead of net6.

The showcase sample should be re-evaluated to see if it should be "modernized" or left on V7.
