Provide a higher fidelity explanation for piecing together ASB transport, CosmosDB persistence, and the outbox

Between ASB transport, CosmosDB persistence, and the outbox, developers cab struggling to put everything together to understand how it all comes together and connects to the partition key information found in the incoming messages. It would be nice to have a visual (perhaps a short animation?) that would explain how it works.

Yes, videos are hard to maintain. At the same time, a single image of the final state/diagram doesn't do justice or helps to grasp the things that happen in a scenario such as this.
