GitReleaseNotes merge

Hey guys

I wanted to explore some other ideas when I started https://github.com/JakeGinnivan/GitReleaseNotes, mainly around having support for more than just GitHub.

Is it worth having a look to see if these projects can merge, I don't currently support milestones, but there is no reason that it couldn't.

I'd say we keep them separated for a while longer since we're heading in the non generic direction ie extremely tied to github. There is obviously loads of overlap so a merge will most likely happen but I believe that forcing both of us to generalize to early will hurt creativity? @SimonCropp I'm renaming this project to GitHubReleaseNotes, objections?
