Disable title translation

Hello, I have a feature request: since some time ago, YouTube decided it would be a good idea to start translating video titles to the profile language, but that is a huge bother to me, since I am italian but mainly watch english videos.

while in incognito mode I can see the correct title:

by browsing around I found this post, but it basucally says there is no way to disable title translation.
