Extend BOM functionality for Projects

Add the possibility to tick a checkbox in a project management page to Inherit BOM from child projects. This would automatically generate the BOM page for this parent element by combining all the BOM entries from all child projects, as well as adding on the BOM objects specified for the parent. When editing the BOM entries you would only see the ones you actually entered for this specific project as items though as the rest is consolidated in the tick set in the Inherit BOM from child projects option.
