Set default provider/s
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It's a small improvement but I think not unimportant. When cloning/editing part from part provider you have to select the provider every time. It would be nice if you could set an or multiple default providers, maybe every user for itself or globally, which will be preselected.

There is now an option for this in system settings with the latest commit.
