Backup button

Is it possible to create a one-button-backup option e.g. in the -System area- , so that a backup can me made not requiring a CLI logon ?.

I do realize it might require CLI access or FTP access to restore.

A Backup Button would be great - along with an automated restore option where that backup can be selected/uploaded and restored.
