PHP memory exhausted

As requested per update 2.2.0, I ran the migrate command: Unfortunately, I always get an error about memory exhaustion Tried with up to 2GB or RAM, just takes longer and about a different file but I always get an error

Does this only happen if you run the migrate command? What does happen if you run cache:clear?

Have you installed the new composer dependencies?
