Latest tag version crash with this error in logs:

Was working fine with previous version, nothing changed except got the latest.
Web server running, returns this error:
Service Unavailable The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
/run/php is empty and belongs to www-data:www-data while other folders belongs to root:root
